PayPal collects and manages Pro payments. We record whether your subscription is active so Account and Pro tools stay in sync. Card details stay with PayPal.

Billing

LivingWords Pro is $5.99 per month. When you subscribe on Pricing, PayPal starts a recurring subscription. Each renewal charges the payment method on file with PayPal until you cancel.

Free accounts are never charged. Gifts on the donate page are separate one-time (or sponsored) payments through PayPal and are not Pro subscriptions.

Cancellation

You can cancel Pro anytime from your Account page on LivingWords, or by canceling the subscription in your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.

After that period ends, Pro tools turn off. Your studies, drafts, and free features remain available under a free account.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, which is typical for SaaS. That said, we want the product to feel fair. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, an accidental subscribe, or a clear service failure — write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it case by case.

• Include the PayPal transaction or subscription ID if you have it, plus the email on your LivingWords account.
• Approved refunds are processed through PayPal; timing depends on PayPal and your bank or card issuer.
• Refunds do not automatically erase studies or account data; cancel separately if you also want Pro access to end early.
• Chargebacks opened without contacting us first make it harder to help; please email us first when something looks wrong.

Who handles the money

PayPal is the payment processor. Receipts, payment methods, and many subscription controls live in your PayPal account. LivingWords does not store card numbers. For payment disputes that only PayPal can reverse, you may also use PayPal's buyer protection tools — but starting with an email to us is usually fastest for Pro issues.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Price changes for Pro, if any, apply to future renewals and will be described on Pricing.
